Lizz Angello
Lizz Angello earned her doctorate in early English literature from the University of South Florida, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Delaware, and a BA in English and Art History from Hood College. She has been teaching for almost twenty years and is currently an 8th grade English teacher, an adjunct instructor of literature at USF St. Pete, a Teacher Consultant with the Tampa Bay Area Writing Project, and Editor of Florida NEXT magazine, a free annual publication for Florida's high school juniors and seniors. Lizz is passionate about curriculum development, student writing, and social justice and has been a frequent presenter at academic and professional conferences. Occasionally, she also publishes on medieval and early modern lit.
